In today’s market seeking a position or an employee is becoming more expensive to both the employer as well as the employee.
The Employer: you place ads costing hundreds ($490 to $1900 per ad) of dollars only to find out that a week or two was not enough time to gather sufficient resumes to make a decision, so you run it again. Or the selected candidate turns out not to be what you wanted so you run the ad again.

The Employee: You search ads under various topics, trying to find listings in your career Or at least similar ads. You send out or fax or e-mail dozens of resumes and never get a reply. Hoping to hear something, get a phone call or receive some sort of response. Here your resume goes directly to the specific HR person for the position advertised.
Than there are the EMPLOYEE PAID so called recruiters, really nothing much more than a referral service a wonderful bunch of money grabbers, you have to taper your resume their way, whither you like it or not, you are at their mercy, you are one of ????? how many.
You get the job and immediately have to pay 5% to 17% of the annual salary up front, immediately upon hire, what happens if you decide this job is not for you, or you get fired TOO BAD, you loose your money.
NO REFUNDS, your out of work, no money coming in, and what now
you have to come up with $3000 to $10,000 now. Some will even turn
you over to the credit companies if they are not paid in full right away.
They will tell you what difference does it make your looking for a job,
you can make it up as you work, or negotiate with your new employer. yes tell that to your credit card company at what percentage rate!

A few will even state they need your Social Security number, as they run the background and credit checks for the hiring client, are you sure????? it may be they just want to see your credit and what cards have what limits so they know you can pay them!

The more information you both provide the better the match, the fewer interviews and the better the relationship between you both. This equates to longevity of the employer employee relationship.
For only $10.42 per week for the employer, less than any newspaper ad or $41.67 a month substantially less than any internet ad, or $500 per year, less than either one, you get a full 12 months for running your needs or wants in an employee or in a career position.
And keep in mind should you find a position or hire an employee you may keep the ad active just in case thing do not work out for either. We suggest at least 90 days that way you’re both getting your monies worth, after 90 days you have a permanent employee or position.
